We are looking for a volunteer to assist with ensuring our instructors and learners have a great experience on the Afriverse platform.
Role: Instructor and Learner Success support
Requirements
Demonstrate experience of, or aptitude for:
Passion and commitment to Africentric education and/or instructors expand worldwide
Using social media to find instructors who are suitable for the platform
Find and test new channels and approaches, whilst measuring performance and efficiency to maximise growth
Own the full campaign process, developing the process and systems, managing expectations instructors and learners
Help to onboard instructors and learn to ensure they have the best experience possible
General
Excellent numerical and analytical skills combined with solid people skills.
Technically adept, with experience using MS Office suite and social media applications.
Good understanding of online promotion, especially social media
Have a passion for great customer service.
Personal Characteristics
Enjoy working to time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitude.
Self-starter who is in onboard with our vision
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Ambitious, energetic, action-oriented and smart person, enjoys building strong relationships, taking ownership and making decisions
