Week 3

It’s okay not to be okay sometimes. There is no shame in being scared about making decisions, or taking actions, or of just feeling scared in general.
The shame would not be in not getting back up, in not acknowledging why you are feeling how you are feeling and taking the necessary actions to help you get out of it and how to ensure that it happens less frequently.
It’s okay to feel the fear, recognise it for what it is, but don’t allow it to paralyse you and stop you
Being courageous does not mean you will not be scared, but that you will take action regardless of the fear
Remember everyone feels fear and is not confident about everything – keep taking action despite the fear
Inspired Action:
If you are having a scared mindset at any point, set a timer on your clock, 20 to 30 minutes. Use this time to recognise and acknowledge the mindset that you are in. When the alarm goes off, regardless of how you feel, start one of your actions for today.
