This lesson is so important because it helps you reprogram your mind with all the declutter successes you have achieved as you went through the different lessons. Once you can shift your mind to the place where it can automatically recognise junk or anything that is no longer serving your best interest, you will be in a better position to declutter regularly and effortlessly.

It is time to let go of things that are cluttering my space
It is time to let go of people who are no longer relevant in my life
I am ready to let go of hurtful and negative feelings and experiences
It is ok to let them go
When I let things go, they bring joy to someone else
When I let people go, I give myself space to grow, and they too
When I let go of negative feelings and emotions, I liberate myself from them
I deserve to have the space to be happy and grow
Sometimes letting go is the best sign of love, like right now
So I am happy and ready to let go to make myself free for something bigger.
