Breakthrough Coaching Session Preparation
Before you arrange your coaching sessions you will need to do some preparation.
The aim of the coaching session will enable us to:
1. Develop a personalised focus for the next 6 months
2. Identify and explore the unconscious drivers that shape your thoughts feelings words and actions
3. Assist your coach with developing a specific plan to help you with moving beyond personal barriers.
In preparation for your breakthrough coaching session, please answer the following questions and send them to…
- How are you getting in your own way?
- What challenges are you experiencing?
- When did these challenges start?
- What one question would you like the answer or insight to? E.g. Why do I procrastinate? Why do I sabotage myself?
- What would you like to achieve as a result of this 12-week training?
